Timothy Titsworth
Producer/Engineer Timothy Titsworth hails from the city of Detroit, where he gained his musical roots in r&b, hip hop, blues, and jazz. His influences lie heavily in Kraftwerk, Tribe Called Quest, and the funk/soul of the 70's.
Through the years, he has created music for VH-1, MTV, E! TV, Oxygen and Bravo, as well as recorded some of the most acclaimed artists in the industry, including R. Kelly, Ice Cube, Chuck D., Farley “Jackmaster” Funk, Darryl Pandy, Marshall Jefferson, and Poi Dog Pondering. In addition to his production activities, Timothy previously instructed Music Business and Production at Columbia College in Chicago, and served as a Board Member of the Chicago Chapter of NARAS/The Recording Academy, the organization responsible for The Grammy Awards.
As a graduate from Michigan State University, and the University of Washington, Timothy has resided in Chicago, Seattle, Washington DC, Londonm and New York City, making music and recording along the way.
